Roberto's Background:

Welcome to our bed & breakfast, where art and hospitality blend into a unique experience. Adjacent to our property, we offer a ceramic workshop that adds a special touch to your stay. Led by Roberto, our father, who brings over 40 years of ceramic expertise to the table, including extensive teaching experience.

Roberto, our father, has been a ceramist for 40 years, having taught ceramics at the Labirinto cooperative in Pesaro. With decades of experience in teaching, Roberto is passionate about sharing his knowledge and skills with others. He used to conduct traveling ceramic workshops known as "Ceramica Selvaggia," enriching the lives of many enthusiasts. His work extends beyond teaching, with creations found in Italy and abroad, including a recent street art piece commissioned by the municipality of Gradara in March 2024.

Half-Day Ceramic Workshop Package - Introductory Experience

An immersion into ceramics lasting approximately 3 hours, this workshop is ideal for those seeking an introduction to the fascinating world of pottery. You'll have the opportunity to decorate and fire pre-made earthenware, choosing from various techniques and styles. Experience airbrush glazing and select from specialized firing methods such as crackle glaze, metallic, raku, and many more.
With a maximum of 2 pieces per person, chosen from a variety of shapes including vases, bowls, cups, and more, you can unleash your creativity. Finished pieces will be ready for collection at check-out.

3 Half-Days Workshop Package - In-Depth Experience

For those looking to deepen their ceramic skills, we offer a more comprehensive package spanning three half-days. During these 3- hour sessions, you'll have the opportunity to shape and decorate clay pieces, followed by glazing and firing. With a focus on personalized pieces and a variety of decoration & firing techniques, this experience will allow you to create unique and meaningful artworks. Between the pieces you will shape from zero, and the terracotta ones that we will provide, you will be creating a total of 4 pieces per person (small and medium size). Finished pieces will be ready for collection at check-out.

Two Non-Consecutive Half-Day Workshops - Flexibility and Creativity

For those preferring greater flexibility in their schedule, we offer a package of two non-consecutive half-day workshops. This allows you to experience pottery shaping, decoration, and firing, with a free day in between to explore the region or simply relax. You will be creating 2 pieces of medium or small size per person. Finished pieces will be ready for collection at check-out.
